For returns or exchanges, we are here to help.  We offer free returns or exchanges for damaged merchandise within 15 days of the date you received the product.  Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

 For any undamaged product, simply return it within 15 days with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt for a full refund to the original payment method.

For product that was damaged during shipment please email us at kg@thekeepsakesshop.com for instructions and attach a photo of the damage product.
